We had a very poor experience with other agencies until we started using Sterling Care. Sterling has been great, they are responsive and sensitive to my mom’s needs and immediately jump into action whenever we have a scheduling issue. The aides they send are wonderful, competent and very well trained. At the moment we have two aides taking care of my mom, who we consider part of the family. Just perfect!
