Children need a range of physical activity to keep them fit strong and healthy!
Well I suppose I am on my exercise kick today on my blog posts. Perhaps it is because I woke up and ran 10K myself this morning. My last post was devoted to seniors and exercise but as we all know good exercise habits start when we are young. Children need a lot of varied exercise and physical activity to stay strong and healthy. It helps improve their sleep, posture, concentration, and reduces their chances of becoming overweight or obese, which increases their chances of developing a range of serious health issues later in life. However with the invention of video games they do not often get all of the exercise they need. Found a good article here that discusses how much exercise is right for children.
