Sterling Care provided two wonderful aides who took care of my mother with Alzheimer’s. They were caring and professional, and they nurse who supervised them was very knowledgeable and put together well-thought- out plans of care for my mom.
Sterling first helped us during my father’s last weeks and later with my mother. Its team worked tirelessly with us as more care was needed. Assistance was provided with grace and kindness.
We had a very poor experience with other agencies until we started using Sterling Care. Sterling has been great, they are responsive and sensitive to my mom's needs and immediately jump into action whenever we have a scheduling issue. The aides they send are wonderful, competent and very well trained. At the moment we have two aides taking care of my mom, who we consider part of the family. Just perfect!
We are so glad that we hired Sterling Care to provide home care to my Mom. The woman assisting my mother was well-experienced, warm and deeply caring. My mother particularly loves her live-in aide, as she’s patient, gracious, concerned and has a delightful laugh and sense of humor. She is also very professional and anticipates Mom’s every need. Thanks for giving us peace of mind that our Mom is safe and is well cared for.
I was given the task of being a Health Care Provider. I had no previous knowledge of how to undertake this responsibility and challenge. I was told Sterling Care was a wonderful place to start. I found that the office staff was helpful and friendly. They offered me many different health care possibilities, and made excellent suggestions.I highly recommend Sterling Care to anyone who is looking for help for that loved one.
